This is a very solid and heavy pique-cierge candleholder made from wrought hammered steel. Beautifully hammered with fine grooved detailing on base. Substantial weight and very stable, 1970's Brutalist / Arts & Craft Influence with Industrial aesthetic. Excellent condition with one small rust spot on one of the legs. Top plate will hold up to a 3 1/2" diameter candle without it overlapping the edge.
