This is a very solid and heavy pique-cierge candleholder hammered steel pillar candle holder. Beautifully hammered steel with fine groove detailing on leg base. Substantial weight and stability, 1970's France, Brutalist / Arts & Craft Influence with Industrial aesthetic. Excellent condition with one small rust spot on one of the legs. Top plate will hold up to a 3 1/2" diameter candle without it overlapping the edge.
