Highly Figured Maple Burl Vase | Natural Organic Modern

A maple burl vase with rounded shoulders, a tapered base and a small flared neck. Warm honey and caramel tones highlight the dramatic grain.  Vase has plenty of character and would have been incrdibly difficult to make due to the dramatic figured nature of the wood. Vase has some natural crevices and cracks, neck may have been reattached at some point but ther is no evidence of any glue residue, a lovely sculptural piece ready to display on its own.
