Beautiful original watercolour by British artist Spencer Tart. While working as an architect in Jeddah Spencer Tart took an interest in painting the urban and rural landscapes of Saudi Arabia and its neighbouring countries. His particular interest in architectural heritage is captured to great effect in this street scene in Jeddahs historic old city. His works are displayed in many prominent galleries in the Middle East and held in many private collections. Painting is signed and label on back indicating original gallery location. Likely painted in the late 1980's early 90's
