Vintage Japanese porcelain tile in bamboo frame, under glaze image of mount Fuji with gold leaf highlights of boats and birds. This is an early ornamental tile with blue felt backing and built in hook likely 1930's. This is a well made piece with simple bamboo frame and clean design.
