Gorgeous striated lustrous green stonecraft polar bear with a distinct Scandinavian Kay Bojesen or Arne Tjomsland Style. This sculpture has a distinct mid century vibe and was likely made in the 1980's The bottom is etched 'Tamarack Stonecraft Canada" made from perlite which is type of amorphous volcanic glass.
CONDITION: Good Condition- wear is consistent with age and history. You will see superficial scratches on the piece none are particularly deep, most scratches are under the neck so are less visible. There are two nicks one on the front foot bottom edge and one between the back legs on the bottom edge. Most scratches can likely be buffed out. Please see images and video for full description
